DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE POLICY

Data Collection: Operation Twelve utilizes REDCap, a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. Our data collection processes are designed to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data collected from research participants and community workshops.

Purpose of Data Collection: The data collected will be used to facilitate academic research, enhance social work efforts, and improve community outreach programs.

Data Storage: All data collected through REDCap is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only. Data is encrypted during transfer and at rest, ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations.

Access to Data: Data access is limited to researchers and analysts who need the information to perform their job functions. All personnel with access to the data are trained in data protection best practices.

Data Retention: Data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the stated research objectives and is then securely disposed of or anonymized.
